Terms of Service

By using nadster.ai (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

nadster.ai provides desktop software and related services that let you run AI models locally, use chat and design tools, and (on paid plans) access an API server and IoT tools. Access and features depend on your plan (Basic, Pro, or Lifetime) and your compliance with these terms.

2. Account and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not: reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code (except as permitted by applicable open-source licences); resell or redistribute the Service or access in a way that bypasses normal use; use the Service to harm others or violate any law; or exceed the device limits or usage allowed under your plan.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in GBP via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel from your account or via the Stripe billing portal. Refunds are at our discretion; we typically refund if the software does not work on your Mac as described. One-time Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use nadster.ai in accordance with your plan. We (or our licensors) retain all rights in the Service. You do not acquire any ownership in the software or our branding.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes to the Service and terms

We may change the Service or these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your plan. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any part of these terms is held invalid, the rest remains in effect.
